A dog costume contest, hosted by D.O.G.S. (Dog Owners General Store), will begin at 1:00pm in front of Rock Bottom Brewery and will award prizes for different categories including most creative and best combined costume theme (dog/owner).  Dog owners can preregister at D.O.G.S and receive a free gift.  During the event portraits of costumed dogs will be taken at the store.  Barnes & Noble will host story time at 2pm and 3pm inside the bookstore.
