The Promenade Shops At Centerra located at I-25 and Highway 34 on the east side of Loveland is a new lifestyle center developed by Poag & McEwen of Memphis, Tenn. and McWhinney Enterprises of Loveland. The shops  contain 700,000 square feet of retail space and are now open. All the merchants can be found HERE. The Shops At Centerra will bring a dramatic shift in the retail shopping of Northern Colorado.

Loveland, CO – October 26, 2007 – The Promenade Shops at Centerra and the American Red Cross are teaming up this Sunday to help raise money for the disaster victims of the California wildfires.  The community is urged to visit the donation site on Sunday, October 28 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at the Main Plaza, located directly across from Dick’s Sporting Goods, at The Promenade Shops at Centerra.  Cash donations will be accepted and one hundred percent of the proceeds collected will go to the American Red Cross.

Posted June 22, 2007 INNAUGURAL TASTE OF CENTERRA HELD AT the promenade shops at Centerra Loveland, CO – June 22, 2007 – The Promenade Shops at Centerra is proud to host the inaugural Taste of Centerra on Saturday, June 30 from 11:00am to 9:00pm.  The days’ festivities will take place at the Main Plaza and on Main Street in front of Dick’s Sporting Goods.

Visitors can construct the perfect meal by winding their way through the booths on Main Street where they can purchase sample sizes of the participating restaurant’s most popular and delicious offerings.  There will also be a Beer Garden and a Wine Pavilion.

The Fun Zone will provide children with a variety of free activities designed to keep them entertained; including an inflatable obstacle course, inflatable giant slide, a swing ride and carnival games.  Families will also enjoy the free face painters, free balloon artists and live statues.

Free live music will be offered at the Main Plaza stage throughout the day.  The line-up includes the following artists:

12:00-1:00       Jason Vigil Band

1:30-2:30         Truckers Daughter

3:30-4:30         Matthew Moon Band

5:30-6:30         12 Cents for Marvin

7:30-9:00         Soul School

The days’ festivities will come to an end at dusk with an amazing fireworks display that will light the skies over Centerra.  Guests are invited to bring out their blankets and lawn chairs to take advantage of the great viewing spots from all over Centerra.

Net proceeds raised at Taste of Centerra will benefit the Special Olympics Larimer County.

The Chapunga Sculpture Park is going to be the first and only permanent collection of Chapungu Sculpture in the United States. When it is complete it will have 80 pieces. The park is a joint venture of McWhinney Enterprises developer of the Centerra area and Roy and Marcie Guthrie owners of the Chapungu Gallery located in the Promenade Shops. The Larimer County division of the Colorado Highway Patrol is holding it's first annual food and toy drive at the Promenade Shops tomorrow December 11 from 10AM to 4PM. All donations will be given to the Larimer County Food Bank.

Just in time for holiday shopping The Promenade Shops now have 45 stores open including two restaurants. A locally owned store the Urban Homestead will open the 25th and the long awaited eating establishment P.F. Changs will open November 28th. See full list HERE.
